Apartment prices vary depending on the season and length of stay and do not include the local tourist tax.

The breakfast buffet is expected to be available as an optional extra from autumn: adults EUR 21 per day, children up to 15 years EUR 10 per day.

A deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost is due at the time of reservation.

Free of charge up to 2 months before arrival, 40% of the accommodation cost from 2 to 1 month before arrival, 70% from 1 month to 1 week before arrival and 90% during the final week before arrival.
